Our Commitment

Your Brand is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Measures We've Taken

  • Skip to main content link available via keyboard navigation
  • All interactive elements are keyboard navigable with visible focus indicators
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums in both light and dark modes
  • All images include descriptive alt text
  • Form fields have associated labels
  • ARIA roles and landmarks are used throughout for screen reader navigation
  • Semantic HTML heading hierarchy (h1 → h2 → h3) is maintained on all pages
  • Motion respects prefers-reduced-motion where possible
  • Site language is declared as English (lang='en')
  • Links have descriptive text and do not rely on color alone
  • Dialogs and modals trap focus and are announced to assistive technologies

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our site. Current known limitations include:

  • The interactive map on the Store Locator page may have limited screen reader support depending on the browser and assistive technology combination
  • Some third-party components (payment processing, chat) may have varying levels of accessibility that are outside our direct control

Technical Specifications

This website relies on the following technologies for conformance:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • WAI-ARIA
  • JavaScript
