North American Rescue Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T)

The Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T) is the U.S. Army's official limb tourniquet and is CoTCCC-recommended for life-threatening extremity hemorrhage. At about 2.7 oz it uses a windlass for true mechanical occlusion, a Single Routing Buckle for fast one-handed application, an ambidextrous windlass clip, and Red Tip Technology to confirm correct routing. Offered in Black and high-visibility Orange, plus a fully functional Blue training version for skills practice.
