North American Rescue QuikClot Combat Gauze (Z-Fold)

QuikClot Combat Gauze is a soft, sterile, non-woven Z-folded gauze impregnated with kaolin, an inert mineral that accelerates natural clotting without generating heat. It is the CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic for packing deep or junctional bleeds where a tourniquet won't work. Offered as the standard Z-fold combat gauze, a combat gauze bandage, and a bleeding-control dressing.
