The Monsoon XT Gen.2 Tactical Rain Jacket is built for wind-driven, heavy rain, using a breathable triple-layer waterproof laminate (GORE-TEX) that keeps water out while limiting overheating. Built-in air/pac shoulder inserts cushion pack and carrier straps and aid drying, the Hood/Harness system manages the hood, and upper- and lower-arm pockets keep gear within reach.
